PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently determine an event concerning measurement of reception quality of a frequency band in a communication system in which a mobile station device is connected to a base station device using multiple frequency bands simultaneously.

SOLUTION: A mobile station device comprises: a receiving part 201 which receives from a base station device an event condition for measuring reception quality of at least one carrier element determined by frequency bands different from each other and a parameter used for determining whether or not the event condition is established; a measurement processing part 207 which measures reception quality of the at least one carrier element; a cell determination part 225 which determines whether or not the received parameter is adjusted; an event determination part 209 which sets the event condition based on the received parameter or the adjusted parameter and determines whether or not the set event condition is established.
