<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device capable of taking a measure for a bottle neck camera image when there is the bottle neck camera image in synchronous reproduction of a monitoring image being distributed by streaming. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring device 2 is connected to an image recording device 3 in which a monitoring image shot by a camera 5 is recorded and displays plural monitoring images being distributed by streaming from the image recording device 3 by synchronous reproduction thereof. The monitoring device 2 calculates a data accumulation speed when each of the plural monitoring images being distributed by streaming is accumulated in a reception buffer of a storage part 18, detects the monitoring image whose data accumulation speed is a predetermined threshold or less as the bottle neck camera image, and displays the notification message concerning the bottle neck camera image on a display 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
