<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which has a small number of components, and excellent assembling workability. <P>SOLUTION: A reactor 1 includes: a coil 2; a magnetic core 3; a case 4 for storing an assembly 10 of the coil 2 and the magnetic core 3; sealing resin 6 filled in the case 4 and sealing the assembly 10; and a terminal member 8 connected to an end portion 2e of a winding 2w. The terminal member 8 has an inside portion 81, an outside portion 82, and an engaging portion 83. The inside portion 81 includes a connecting portion 81a (81b) connected to the end portion 2e of the winding 2w, and is arranged inside the case 4. The outside portion 82 is arranged outside the case 4, and connected to an external device for supplying electric power to the coil 2. The engaging portion 83 connects the inside portion 81 and the outside portion 82, and is engaged at least over the inside and an opening edge of the case 4 to be positioned in the case 4.
