<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network quality monitoring server, method and system which can extract degraded nodes in an IP network with an improved rate of degraded node detection. <P>SOLUTION: A network quality monitoring server 10 comes with a weight DB 31, so that, regarding communication routes between plural user terminal PCs, it detects candidate nodes from among notes constituting the communication routes, and, with regard to paths including at least one candidate node in communication routes which include a plurality of detected candidate nodes, it determines, in decreasing order of sum total of weights, whether the number of combinations of paths including candidate nodes increases or not, and adopts a path found to increase as a measurement path. Then, the network quality monitoring server 10 lets the user terminal PCs connected by the adopted measurement path measure the quality of communication in the measurement path, in which way it updates the weights and extracts a degraded node. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
