<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in NMOS transistors included in a data selector circuit, a rising speed of an output signal to be outputted from an output side becomes different in accordance with a polarity of an input signal to be inputted to an input side. <P>SOLUTION: A display device comprises a plurality of switch groups each including a time-division switch and a timing control switch connected in parallel, and a data selector circuit in which an output signal from a driver is passed through the switch groups connected to a plurality of data lines and an output signal having a polarity different for each of one or more data lines among the plurality of data lines is outputted to the data lines. The time-division switch and the timing control switch are comprised of NMOS transistors and the driver turns on the timing control switch included in a switch group which is connected to a data line from which a positive output signal is outputted, among the plurality of data lines, earlier by a predetermined period of time than a time-division switch included in a switch group connected to a data line from which a negative data signal is outputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
