<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a capacitor microphone unit which prevents changes of tensile force of a diaphragm ring when the diaphragm ring is fixed with screws through a fixing ring and ensures to electrically connect the diaphragm ring with the fixing ring. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor microphone unit 1 includes: a diaphragm 11; a diaphragm ring 4; a fixed pole 8; and a unit case 15 in which the diaphragm ring 4, the diaphragm 11, and the fixed pole 8 are housed. The diaphragm ring 4 is indirectly fixed to the interior of the unit case 15 through a fixing ring 61 fixed to the unit case 15 with screws, and the fixing ring 61 has a ring part 65 formed by a flat plate and multiple protruding parts 67 protruding from the inner peripheral side of the ring part 65 and provided in the circumferential direction at equal intervals.
