<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of audit/transmission control work on increasing electronic mails by preferentially auditing the electronic mail to be audited according to contents of the electronic mail. <P>SOLUTION: By selecting an electronic mail for which transmission is retained and which becomes an audit subject, according to a predetermined transmission control condition showing a condition to retain the transmission of the electronic mail and by analyzing contents of the selected electronic mail, a plurality of fields where it is determined that the electronic mail belongs, and a field composition showing ratio of the respective fields are determined. According to an evaluation value calculated by using the determined field composition of the electronic mail and audit priority of the respective fields, an audit screen which can preferentially audit among a plurality of electronic mails to be audit is generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
