<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement member and a measurement method for easily and more exactly measuring cover depth of concrete. <P>SOLUTION: A measurement member 1 is for measuring cover depth of concrete, and includes: two linear scales 10, 20; and a connection member 30. In the two linear scales 10, 20, graduations 11, 21 are formed in the extension direction, the two linear scales 10, 20 have grooves formed along the extension direction, and the grooves are arranged so as to face each other.
