<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated mold for making compatible both the electric erosion resistance and high joining strength of a metallic member, in the integrated mold of a base material including conductive fiber and a reinforced fiber resin and the metallic member. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated mold is formed by fitting a member 3 formed of metal in the base material 1 including the conductive fiber 2 and a thermoplastic resin. The integrated mold is formed by integrating the base material 1 and the member 3 via an insulating layer 4, and joined by making the conductive fiber 2 penetrate the insulating layer 4 in an interface between the base material 1 and the insulating layer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
