<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy recovery apparatus which is improved in energy recovery efficiency and is adapted to size-reduction of a heat-transfer part. <P>SOLUTION: The energy recovery apparatus includes: a circulating flow path 5 for saturated water 3 to vertically circulate therethrough as a medium 2; a heat-transfer part 6 for conducting heat supplied from outside the circulating flow path 5 to the medium 2; and a power generator 8 provided with a rotary vane 7 that rotates by receiving the flow of the medium 2 through the circulating flow path 5. The circulating flow path 5 includes an upward flow path 10 for the medium 2 having passed through the heat-transfer part 6 to flow upward therein, and a downward flow path 11 for the medium 2 having passed through the upward flow path 10 to flow downward to be supplied to the heat conducting unit 6. The rotary vane 7 is placed in the upward flow path 10, The medium 2 is changed to a vapor-liquid two-phase flow containing saturated vapor 21 by heat from the heat-transfer part 6, flows through the upward flow path 10 and is supplied to the rotary vane 7 to rotate the rotary vane 7, thereby condensing back into the saturated water 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
