Producing a preparation made of a medical leech, comprises washing the leech that is obtained in the regime of the active starvation not less than 4 months until the complete release of blood from the intestinal canal, freezing and crushing the mass, and producing medicinal forms from the mass after drying, where the obtained mass is crushed with a preservation solution mixed in a ratio of 1:1, and dried until the formation of an elastic layer.
