PURPOSE: A three-stage color sorting machine is provided to achieve optimal lighting effect by controlling color and brightness because the duty ratio of power applied to an one chip-type full color LED is controlled. CONSTITUTION: A three-stage color sorting machine(1) comprises a feeding device(10), first, second, and third color sorting devices(20,30,40), and second, third, and fourth inclined chutes(16a,16b,49). The feeding device supplies left-type materials(2) to the first color sorting device. The first, second, and third color sorting devices take a photograph leaf-type materials(2a,2c,2e) with a color CCD(Charge Coupled Device) cameras(24,34,44) to firstly, secondly, and thirdly sort the colors of the leaf-type materials. After the first, second, and third color sorting devices determine fault, bad products(2b,2d,2f) are removed by spraying high pressure air. The second inclined chute is installed between the first and second color sorting devices. The third inclined chute is installed between the second and third color sorting devices. The fourth inclined chute is installed under the third color sorting device. |
