PURPOSE: A fence for a veranda of an apartment house with an emergency exit is provided to reduce accidents by simply converting the fence into an emergency passage in an emergency. CONSTITUTION: A fence for a veranda of an apartment house with an emergency exit comprises multiple fixed poles(100), compression springs, movable rods, gripping bars for decoration, actuating holes, rope fitting grooves, L-shaped gripping pieces, safety ropes(200), descenders(500), a housing box(300), and an elastic fixing piece(320). The fixed poles are vertically fixed to bottom concrete(C) on a veranda. The compression springs are inserted into the fixed poles. The movable rods are inserted into the fixed poles. The gripping bars are fixed to the top ends of the movable rods. The actuating holes and the rope fitting grooves are formed on the outer surface of the fixed poles. The gripping pieces are fixed to the movable rods through the actuating holes. The safety ropes are inserted into the rope fitting grooves and are gripped by the gripping pieces. The descenders are placed on the tops of the gripping pieces. The housing box is fixed to one of the fixed pole. The elastic fixing piece is fixed to one side of the housing box and is elastically coupled to the fixed pole. |
