<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in analyzing a problem occurred between an electronic machine and one or more other electronic machine which are connected each other. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic machine connected to one or more other electronic machine comprises: receiving means to receive an acquisition instruction; and acquisition means which acquires machine information held by at least one electronic machine among the one or more other electronic machine. The machine information which is acquired by the acquisition means and held by at least the one electronic machine among the one or more other electronic machine includes at least either of: scan information generated by scanning log information as well as a script showing a content of a processing previously executed by at least the one of the electronic machine; or setting information preliminarily set by a user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
