<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve with a closing mechanism capable of preventing excessive leakage of high pressure fluid to a pressure receiving device side without causing complication of an inner structure. <P>SOLUTION: A primary side pressure chamber 13 of a high pressure side and a secondary side pressure chamber 14 of a pressure receiving device side are communicated by a communicating hole 17. A diaphragm 19 for receiving pressure of the secondary side pressure chamber 14 is disposed and a valve body 18 is coupled to the diaphragm 19. The diaphragm 19 is biased toward a valve opening direction by a spring 20. An area S of a pressure receiving surface of the diaphragm 19 and a spring constant k of the spring 20 are set so as to satisfy the following expressions (1) and (2); P1×S-k×ΔL>C (1) and P1<P2 (2), where P1 represents pressure of the secondary side pressure chamber 14, ΔL represents displacement of the spring 20, C represents a required closing load of the valve body 18 and P2 represents allowable maximum pressure of the pressure receiving device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
