<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion apparatus which reduces the size of the apparatus while sufficiently securing the cooling performance for the electric converter. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power conversion apparatus 1 includes: an inverter (a first electric power converter) 2; a first cooler 3 having a first refrigerant passage 30 allowing a refrigerant for cooling the inverter 2 to flow therein; a converter (a second electric power converter) 4; and a second cooler 5 having a second refrigerant passage 50 allowing a refrigerant for cooling the converter 4 to flow therein.
