<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer film including a B layer comprising a resin b with a negative intrinsic birefringence value, and A layers formed on both surfaces of the B layer and comprising a resin (a) with a positive intrinsic birefringence value, in which the resin b includes a styrene polymer, and the resin (a) includes polycarbonate, and capable of measuring the film thickness of the A layer and the B layer. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer film includes: the B layer comprising the resin b with the negative intrinsic birefringence value; a C layer formed on both surfaces of the B layer and comprising a resin c; and the A layer formed on the surfaces of the C layers at the far sides from the B layer, and comprising the resin (a) with the positive intrinsic birefringence value. The resin b includes the styrene polymer, the resin c includes a thermoplastic acrylic resin, and the resin (a) includes the polycarbonate.
