<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal precursor formation material for solar cell with which a metal precursor having good film quality can be manufactured at low cost, a method of manufacturing the metal precursor formation material for solar cell, and a method of manufacturing an IB-IIIA-VIA-based compound solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A metal precursor formation material 10 for solar cell according to the present invention has a plurality of particles 12 deposited on a base 11, and the particles 12 have core particles 16 containing a group IIIA element, and a coating substrate 14 which covers peripheries of the core particles 16 and contains a group IB element. Consequently, the metal precursor can be obtained while cohesion is prevented by making the group IB substance prevent a group IIIA from cohering even if the group IIIA melts above its fusing point when the metal precursor is obtained by performing a heat treatment later. The metal precursor which has smaller unevenness and is free of composition variance can be obtained using the metal precursor formation material 10 for solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
