<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-chamber type air conditioner which can prevent beforehand the generation of dew condensation in the interior of an indoor unit. <P>SOLUTION: An indoor unit control means 58 of an indoor unit 100 calculates a present saturated steam amount Vs using a detected present room temperature and a saturated steam amount curve, calculates a present steam amount V from the saturated steam amount Vs and a present humidity (ST3), calculates a dew-point temperature Td in the relevant steam amount V (ST4), by comparing the relevant dew-point temperature Td and the temperature of a heat exchanger (heat exchange temperature), estimates the existence or nonexistence of dew condensation (ST5), and performs a dew condensation preventing operation (ST6). Thereby, using a room temperature sensor 32, a humidity sensor 34, and a heat exchange temperature sensor 30 conventionally included by the indoor unit 100, the generation of dew condensation in the interior of the indoor unit 100 can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
