<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic device with deterioration of an in-cabin environment (noise) suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle electronic device includes: a drive part 7 for an optical disk 5; a control part 8 connected to the drive part 7; an optical information reading part 9 connected to the control part 8; and a recording memory 10, with a vehicle speed detection part 11 connected to the control part 8.
