<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardened-concrete mix estimation method that enables accurate estimation of hardened-concrete mix by effectively removing a cement constituent attached to aggregate separated from the hardened-concrete and by using the obtained aggregate. <P>SOLUTION: A mix estimation method includes a cement removing step for removing a cement constituent attached to aggregate separated from hardened concrete, and uses the aggregate after removing the cement constituent to estimate a hardened-concrete mix. The cement removing step includes: an immersion step for immersing the aggregate with the cement constituent attached in an immersion fluid made of a sodium gluconate solution; and a heating step for heating the aggregate with the cement constituent attached.
