<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar testing device used for absolute calibration of a radar image captured by a synthetic aperture radar mounted on a missile. <P>SOLUTION: The radar testing device used for calibration of a synthetic aperture radar mounted on a missile includes an antenna for transmitting or receiving a pulse wave from the synthetic aperture radar, and a processing unit for executing processing for a pulse signal received through the antenna.
