<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic liquid treatment device and a method for treating the same, in which when an acidic liquid containing a nonionic or cationic water-soluble compound is passed into one chamber separated into the one chamber and the other chamber by an anion exchange membrane, and further, an alkali solution is passed into the other chamber, thus the acidic liquid is subjected to neutralization desalting or neutralization desalting so as to reduce its volume, deterioration in treatment performance due to hydroxide scale caused by cations in the acidic liquid is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: In the acidic liquid treatment device, particle removal apparatuses 21, 22 of removing particles in the acidic liquid and/or an alkali solution are provided, and particles to be the nuclei of hydroxide scale in the acidic liquid and/or the alkali solution are beforehand removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
