Disclosed are novel compounds 7-aryl-5,6,7,11-tetrahydro-7a,8,10,11-tetraazacyclopenta[b] phenanthrene derivatives of general formula:, Iwherein Ar = 4-CHO-CH, 2-CHO-CH, 4-CH-CH, 4-Cl-CH, 4-Br-CH;R = H, OCH;X = CH, CH-CH;and a process for the preparation thereof which provides for condensation of equimolar amounts of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole with α-tetralone ot chromanone, or benzocycloheptanone and substituted aromatic aldehydes in ethyl alcohol in the presence of HCl as catalyst, in the conditions of microwave exposure at a temperature of 130-135 °C for 10-15 min. in one stage up to formation of desired product.The technical solution allows to reduce process time, improve quality and yields of compounds, to vary Ar- and R-substituents in molecules, extend range of 7-aryl-5,6,7,11-tetrahydro-7a,8,10,11-tetraazacyclopenta[b]phenanthrene derivatives of general formula for use in medicine, biology and pharmacy. |
