A dermatome with circular mechanism for cutting full-thickness embossed epidermis-translocalizing autodermograft contains semi-cylinder, the operating surface of semi-cylinder, the axis of frame, the flat knife installed on the frame in parallel to operating surface. The gap between the operating surface of semi-cylinder and the knife is adjustable with the aid of the mechanism with the circle, 0.1- in size. The technological plate onto the semicircles of the dermatome generates semi-cylinder on the operating surface. The operating surface contains the linear cusps, in height, in width, with the pyramids in height with side size of throughout the entire length with spacing of and the distance between the cusps of . The operating surface is made of plastic. Autodermograft is cut by over the base together with the pyramids. |
