A method for bleeding arrest in Cesarean section in the case of placental presentation and partial true fusion of placenta comprises laparotomy, extraction of fetus, the administration of uterotonic drug, the ligation of the major blood vessels of the uterus, the suturing of the section. For coagulation of the tissues and the treatment of the sutures, high-frequency argon plasma coagulation is used. The partially fused placenta is removed. Carbetocin is administered intravenously. The area of placenta is treated with argon plasma flame in fulgur mode. |
