BUTTERFLY-VALVE PRODUCT METHOD HAVING RUBBER DISK SEAT WITH ONE BODY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a butterfly valve with a rubber disc seat integrated with a body is provided to change materials according to the use of a butterfly valve and to control the charged quantity of mixed rubber materials according to the size of the valve. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a butterfly valve with a rubber disc seat integrated with a body is as follows. A mold(20) is assembled to a fixing plate(3). A valve body(2) is placed on the top of a first protrusion portion of a lower mold(10) and a second protrusion portion is inserted into a hole of a valve body. A screw is assembled in a screw hole of the lower mold and the valve body is firmly fixed in the lower mold. A groove(33) of the valve body is filled with half-vulcanized mixed rubber materials(500). The mixed rubber materials are perfectly vulcanized and are integrated with adhesive agent applied on the inner surface of the protrusion portions and the groove of the valve body and the protrusion portions. The rubber disc seat is integrated with the valve body to manufacture a butterfly valve. Burrs remaining on the rubber disc seat is removed.
