<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system for which an operation plan considering user's request to an operating time zone can be prepared while pursuing an energy-saving property and the like. <P>SOLUTION: An operation control device 7 includes: an operating time zone input unit 40 for setting a desired operating time zone T1; a demand prediction unit 41 generating power demand prediction data D1 and heat demand prediction data D2 based on actual data of power and heat demands; and an operation planning unit 42 for calculating an operation execution time zone T5, which is longer than an operating time of a cogeneration device required to satisfy a first predicted heat demand Q1 occurring after a predetermined time has passed from the start of the desired operating time zone T1, in the predicted heat demand based on the heat demand prediction data D2, and which overlaps the desired operating time zone T1 in a predetermined minimum overlapping time t0 or more.
