<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point exchange system which is available, in affiliated stores, without adding any new facility. <P>SOLUTION: A point use ticket management system comprises storage means 110 and point exchange execution means 101. The storage means 110 stores therein user basic information, affiliated store basic information, user history information and affiliated store history information. The user basic information contains a user ID and information about a destination to send a point use ticket. The affiliated store basic information contains an affiliated store ID and information about a bank account of the affiliated store. The user history information contains the user ID, a point acquisition history and a point use history. The affiliated store history information contains the affiliated store ID, an ID of a point use ticket used in the affiliated store and a point in which the settlement of accounts is executed to the affiliated store. When a point exchange request is received and an acquired point is equal to or more than the exchange request point, the point exchange execution means 101 instructs sending of the point use ticket to the destination to send the point use ticket which is stored while being associated with the user ID, and adds to the user history information the ID of the point use ticket to be sent and a point to be decreased by exchange. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
