<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated moisture-proof film which has an extremely high moisture proof property and can reduce the amount of bubbles produced between moisture-proof films even if barrier properties are improved by using a plurality of the moisture-proof films, and especially, the laminated moisture-proof film which can be used for a surface protecting material for a solar battery module. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated moisture-proof film has a structure where a moisture-proof film A of which the water vapor permeability (WTR(A)) at 40°C and 90%RH is 1.0 [g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>-day] or lower and a moisture-proof film B which has an inorganic layer at one side of the base and of which the water vapor permeability (WTR(B)) at 40°C and 90%RH is 10% of the water vapor permeability (WTR(A)) of the moisture-proof film A or lower are laminated by the medium of an adhesive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
