<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door trim, which can be easily attached to a trim attaching part. <P>SOLUTION: The door trim 40 is attached along the trim attaching part 5b of a door panel 5 for opening/closing an opening. When the door panel 5 is closed, the door trim 40 is located between the door panel 5 and a center pillar.
