<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip saw by which a load on chips can be divided, durability can be improved and high straightness can be demonstrated, and a workpiece having a clean cut section can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The first chip 5 of the chip saw 1 includes: a blade 9 for a center by which the center Wb of a part Wa to be cut of a workpiece W; a blade 11 for a cutting surface by which a part to be the cutting surface of the workpiece W is cut; and at least a pair of slopes 9a, 9b or the like which are line symmetric about the center L in the thickness direction of a base metal and become rising gradients toward the center. A second chip 7 includes: a blade 15 for both sides by which both sides of the center Wb are cut by the blade 9 for the center of the workpiece W; and at least a pair of slopes 15a, 15b or the like which are line-symmetric about the center L in the thickness direction of the base metal and become rising gradients toward the center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
