<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock failure detection device which prevents false detection caused when a slit of a moving slit holder or a fixed slit holder is closed by a part of grease applied to a locking rod. <P>SOLUTION: The lock failure detection device 1 includes a unique packing part between a locking rod guiding unit where the locking rods 4a, 4b of a shunt 2 are moved in or out, and the fixed slit holder to be used to detect the locking failure together with the moving slit holder attached to the locking rods 4a, 4b. The leading end of the packing part rubs the surfaces of the locking rods 4a, 4b every time the locking rods 4a, 4b enter. The packing part prevents a lubricant such as grease applied to the surfaces of the locking rods 4a, 4b from entering the area where the fixed slit holder or moving slit holder is installed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
