<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage circuit and an amplifier circuit capable of preventing oscillation even when being connected to an amplifier including a transistor having large gate capacitance. <P>SOLUTION: A constant voltage circuit 40 includes a differential amplification part 41 having a first input terminal 44 to which a predetermined voltage is applied and a second input terminal connected to an output terminal 46, and a source-grounded amplifier 42 having a transistor T46 whose source is ground, whose drain is connected to the output terminal 46, and to whose gate output of the differential amplification part 41 is applied. A resistor 47 and a capacitor 48 are connected in series between the gate and the drain of the transistor T46. A voltage Vg output from the constant voltage circuit 40 is supplied to transistors T3, T4 through bias feed inductors 25a, 25b from a bias terminal 26b of an amplifier 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
