<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator in an operator cab installed in a high place of a crane to connect a cable to a power source without getting assistance from another person. <P>SOLUTION: A power feed device for a yard crane includes a guide means for guiding a power feed cable from a reel for the power feed cable of a tire type portal crane, a plug body provided at the leading end of the power feed cable, and a socket body for accepting a plug at a side of a container storage lane. The socket body is provided with a fitting recess to which decompression is applied to hold the plug body in the fitting recess firmly ensuring that a power feed electrode and a power receiving electrode are connected with each other with a high degree of reliability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
