<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a compression ratio in an annular gap between an outer tube and an inner tube while securing freedom in setting rigidity of a hydraulic shock absorber. <P>SOLUTION: In this hydraulic shock absorber 10, a cover 100 is provided at an outer circumference of an outer tube 11. Upper and lower ends of the cover 100 are sealed to the outer circumference of the outer tube 11 via seal means 101A, 102A. A spacing chamber 103 is formed about the outer circumference of the outer tube 11 by the cover 100. A communication hole 110 communicating an annular gap 17 between the outer tube 11 and an inner tube 12 to the spacing chamber 103 is bored in the outer tube 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
