PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, a display method and a display program capable of displaying information related to a time point when a desired time elapses based on an intuitive and easy operation.

SOLUTION: A display device 1 includes: a display 11 for displaying information related to a predetermined time point; a touch panel 12; a detecting section 21 for detecting a position of a user's finger touching the touch panel 12; and a display control section 22 that specifies a moving direction of the user's finger on the touch panel 12 based on the position of the user's finger detected by the detecting section 21 while the user's finger touches the touch panel 12, specifies a transition time corresponding to the specified moving direction, and causes the display 11 to display information related to the time point when the specified transition time elapses from the time point corresponding to the information displayed on the display 11.
