<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transducer, an oscillator, an electronic apparatus, and an atomic radio clock which achieve size and cost reduction and increase the electric capacity C0. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric transducer 1 includes: a piezoelectric vibration piece 4 in which a base substrate 2, a lid substrate 3, and an excitation electrode 15 are formed; and external electrodes 38, 39.
