<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a slew rate on a signal line of open drain connection without increasing a pull-up current. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit device includes an output circuit for driving an open drain or an open collector output terminal, and a control circuit for controlling the output circuit.
