<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded magnet type motor which improves demagnetization resistance of a magnet, and achieves high torque and high output. <P>SOLUTION: An embedded magnet type motor includes: a rotor core formed by laminating a predetermined number of magnetic steel sheets having a predetermined shape; a plurality of magnet insertion holes which are disposed along an outer peripheral edge of the rotor core, and have an outer peripheral thin part having a predetermined radial dimension formed between the outer peripheral side of both ends of the magnet insertion holes and an outer peripheral edge of the rotor core; permanent magnets respectively inserted into approximately middle parts of the magnet insertion holes; and projections for suppressing demagnetization which are disposed in a space of the both ends of the magnet insertion holes configured not to insert the permanent magnets, and are protruded from the outer peripheral side or inner peripheral side of the magnetic insertion holes while being spaced away from the permanent magnets by a predetermined distance. A minimum distance between the projections for suppressing demagnetization and the magnet insertion holes is smaller than a radial width of the magnet insertion holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
