PURPOSE: A burr removing apparatus is provided to simultaneously remove burrs generated in both sides of a contact part because first and second scrapers move forward by the forward movement of a scraper rod. CONSTITUTION: A burr removing apparatus(100) comprises first and second scrapers(111,112), first and second scraper guide bars(121,122), a pair of supporters(131,132), and a pair of push rods(141,142). The first and second scrapers are installed in the end of a scraper rod(113) reciprocating toward a welded part. The first and second scraper guide bars are assembled to the left and right sides of the first and second scrapers and support the first and second scrapers so that the first and second scrapers can be horizontally reciprocated. The supporters are assembled to the left and right sides of the first and second scraper guide bars and support the first and second scraper guide bars so that the first and second scraper guide bars can be vertically reciprocated. Contact members(144) of the pair of the push rods are contacted with the upper and lower contact rolls(125a,125b) of the first and second scraper guide bars. Guide members of the pair of the push rods reciprocate along guide grooves to change a gap between the first and second scrapers. |
