<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring back factor analysis method in multi-process press molding. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is spring back factor analysis method in multi-process press molding characterized to perform processing of alternately performing press molding analysis and spring back analysis in the case of performing press molding analysis and spring back analysis across a plurality of press processes to search a shape A of a press molded article posterior to the release of the final press process, processing of extracting one process of a plurality of press processes of alternately performing the press molding analysis and the spring back analysis, and searching the residual stress distribution of the press molded article prior to the release in the pertinent process, and performing spring back analysis after changing or removing the residual stress distribution, and alternately performing the press molding analysis and the spring back analysis about the next and following processes to search a shape B of the press molded article posterior to the release of the final press process; and processing of specifying the press process affecting the spring back of the press molded article on the basis of the shape A of the press molded article and the shape B of the press molded article. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
