<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a motor capable of reducing a difference between a commanded rotation number and an actual rotation number. <P>SOLUTION: A control device of a motor controls a motor so that the motor operates at a commanded rotation number. The control device comprises: a driving part for driving the motor; a detection part for detecting a phase current flowing through a motor coil when the motor is driven by the driving part; a calculation part for calculating a correction value correcting an electrical phase according to the commanded rotation number by extracting a vibration component of a value according to the phase current detected by the detection part, integrating the vibration component, and then removing a low-frequency component as offset from the integrated value; and a control part for creating control signals of the driving part using the electrical phase corrected using the correction value calculated by the calculation part.
