<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately accept an order on the basis of reservation information indicating a reservation which was made beforehand, when a client visits the shop. <P>SOLUTION: A shop support server 43 transmits reservation information which has been transmitted from a client terminal 14 to an ECR 32. In the case where a response to the reservation information indicates a result permitting a reservation, the shop support server issues a reservation number, correspondingly manages the reservation number and the reservation information and distributes the reservation number to the client terminal 14. In the case where a reservation number is transmitted from the ECR 32 in accordance with a client visiting the shop, reservation information is transmitted to the ECR 32. The ECR 32 outputs the reservation information transmitted from the ECR 32 via the shop support server 43 before the reservation, a reservation possibility result for the reservation information is transmitted to the ECR 32, and a reservation number presented by the client visiting the shop after the reservation is transmitted to the shop support server 43.
