摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a ceramic member in which sintering of a metal layer sufficiently progresses, impurity residues such as a resin and the like in the metal layer are few, and porosity of the metal layer is high. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the ceramic member includes a process to manufacture a laminated molding body in which a plurality of metal paste layers containing a metal component M<SB POS="POST">1</SB>are laminated through a ceramic green sheet, and a process to sinter the laminated molding body. When the mass percentage of the metal component M<SB POS="POST">1</SB>to the total amount of the metal components contained in the metal paste layer is defined as X, at least one layer among the plurality of metal paste layers is set as a first metal paste layer 22a in which the mass percentage X is lower than that of second metal paste layers 24a adjacent to each other on both sides in the lamination direction, in the process to manufacture the laminated molding body, and ceramic powder is contained in the second metal paste layers adjacent to the first metal paste layer on both sides thereof.
