<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing nanofiber nonwoven fabric, capable of producing uniform nanofiber nonwoven fabric efficiently without causing electrical discharge. <P>SOLUTION: Electric voltage is applied between a nozzle 1 and a collection material 2 in a housing 3 while a blower 4 and a fan 5 are operated, and a polymer solution is discharged from the nozzle 1. Then, the polymer solution is discharged as a fine linear body from the nozzle 1.
