<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive recording medium having superior recording sensitivity and storage stability of recording images, and having less texture fogging and less attachment of scum to a thermal head. <P>SOLUTION: The heat sensitive recording medium has on a support medium, a thermosensitive recording layer containing a leuco dye, coloring agent and sensitizer. The recording medium contains as the coloring agent, at least one selected from 4,4'-(3-tosylureido)diphenylmethane, 4,4'-(3-tosylureido)diphenylether, N-(3-tosyl)-N'-phenylurea and butyl 4-(p-tosylureido)benzoate, and further contains as a sensitizer, diphenylsulfone of 50-200 mass% based on the total mass of the whole coloring agent contained in the recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
