<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for an electric motor which can secure cooling performance regardless of an inclination angle without complicating a shape of a coil end. <P>SOLUTION: Out of a plurality of annular steel plates 61, 62, at least an annular steel plate located on one end side in an axial direction of a stator 60 is set to be the second annular steel plate 62 projecting from a first folding-back part TP1 to its radial outer side. By the second annular steel plate 62, oil O supplied from an oil communication passage 12 is moved along the periphery of the first folding-back part TP1.
