OIL/WATER-SEPARATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil/water-separating device which can be miniaturized and improved in efficiency.

SOLUTION: The oil/water-separating device includes: a recovery tank 2 which accommodates an oil/water mixed liquid; a filtration means 3 which removes impurities in the oil/water mixed liquid sent from the recovery tank 2; an oil separator 4 which separates an oil component and a water component from the oil/water mixed liquid which passes through the filtration means 3; a dirty oil-recovering tank 5 which recovers the oil component separated by the oil separator 4; an oil-component densitometer 6 which measures the concentration of the oil component in the water component separated by the oil separator 4; and a flow channel-switching means 7 which switches the flow channel of the water component between abolition and recovery according to the result of the measurement made by the oil-component densitometer 6, the water component being separated by the oil separator 4. The filtration means 3 includes a dually constituted oil strainer 31 and a dually constituted oil filter 32.
