<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous resin sheet for a piezoelectric/pyroelectric element capable of increasing a signal generated apparently from an original value while keeping the thickness of a module thin, and to provide a piezoelectric/pyroelectric element. <P>SOLUTION: The porous resin sheet 2 has protrusions 3 of 10-800 μm high on the surface where a signal electrode 4 is laminated.
